How to make a return?

If you change your mind, you can return the product(s) you no longer want within 7 days of receiving your order.

To do this, you must:

1 . Send us an email to the address team@phyto5.ch including: the order number concerned, the description of the product, the reason for the return.

2. We send you an email with a return label to stick on your package, then you can drop off your package at the nearest post office.

3. After receiving your package and verifying the integrity of the product (s) (intact, in its/their original packaging, unopened), we proceed with the refund within 14 days.

We do not trade.

Returns are only accepted if the product(s) are unopened or undamaged .
