PHYTO 5 products
Where are your products made?
We manufacture all our products ourselves, in our laboratory in Fleurier, Switzerland. It is one of the last independent laboratories in the world and the only one certified for the production of natural quantum and energy products.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are only sold on the brand's official website or at our professional partners (institutes, spas, hair salons, hotels).
We are not present in stores.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Yes, the products we manufacture are all tested before being placed on the market, including skin and eye tolerance tests. They also respect the skin's natural pH, for a reinforced skin barrier. For sensitive skin, we recommend the Feu range.
Are your products natural?
Our products are made with natural active ingredients. Some products are 100% natural, others may contain ingredients that are not of natural origin, but necessary for formulation and conservation. Many of our active ingredients are of biological origin.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, the products are not tested on animals. They are even vegan (contain no ingredients of animal origin).
What preservatives are used in your products?
Oily products are formulated without preservatives, because they are preserved thanks to essential oils and vitamin E. For other products, food preservatives are used, most of which are approved by the organic certification body ECOCERT (benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid).
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, all packaging is recyclable. The protections found in your packages are biodegradable and compostable.

How to create a customer account?
Click on put the man's logo then click on "create an account". Then, enter your information, and your account is created! It allows you to have the history of your purchases but also to facilitate your next visits to our site.
The delivery
What are the delivery rates?
Delivery costs are free for all orders, with no minimum purchase.
What are the delivery times ?
Orders placed and validated before 2 p.m. are delivered the next day (working days).
Do you deliver abroad?
We deliver from France to France and Europe.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics department, then we can change the delivery address. Contact us quickly to inform us of the change of address by email at team@phyto5.com or by telephone at +33 3 39 88 01 17.
Payments and returns
What payment methods are available on the site?
Accepted payment methods are as follows:

Payments are secure.
How to make a return ?
Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt of your order and are refunded.
The returned product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Otherwise, it will not be refunded.
To make a return, contact our customer service directly by email at team@phyto5.com or by telephone at +33 3 39 88 01 17. You will need to indicate your order number, the name of the product you wish to return as well as the reason .
We will send you a return label by email.
The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
