Where are your products made?
All our products are manufactured in-house in our laboratory in Fleurier, Switzerland. It is one of the last independent laboratories in the world and the only one certified for the production of quantum and energetic natural products.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are available exclusively on the brand's official website or through our professional partners (institutes, spas, hairdressing salons, hotels).
We are not available in stores.
I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?
Yes, the products we manufacture are all tested before being released to the market, particularly with tolerance and eye tolerance tests. They also respect the natural pH of the skin to ensure a strengthened skin barrier. For sensitive skin, we recommend the Fire series.
Are your products natural?
Our products are made with natural active ingredients. Some products are 100% natural, while others may contain components that are not of natural origin but are necessary for formulation and preservation. Many of our active ingredients are of organic origin.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, the products are not tested on animals. They are even vegan (contain no ingredients of animal origin).
What preservatives are used in your products?
Oily products are formulated without preservatives as they are preserved by essential oils and Vitamin E. For other products, food preservatives are used, most of which are approved by the organic certification body ECOCERT (benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid).
Are the packages recyclable?
Yes, all packages are recyclable. The protective materials in your packages are biodegradable and compostable.

How do I create a customer account?
Click on the person icon and then on "Create account". Enter your information, and your account is created! It allows you to view your purchase history and makes your future visits to our site easier.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are free for each order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
What are the delivery times?
Orders placed and confirmed before 2 pm are delivered the next day (working days).
Do you ship abroad?
We ship from France to France and Europe.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics team, we can change the delivery address. Contact us quickly to inform us of the address change by email at team@phyto5.com or by phone at +33 3 39 88 01 17.

What payment methods are available on the website?

Payments are secure.
How do I make a return?
Returns are accepted and refunded within 7 days of receiving your order.
The returned product must be intact, unopened, and in the original packaging. Otherwise, it will not be refunded.
To make a return, contact our customer service directly by email at team@phyto5.com or by phone at +33 3 39 88 01 17. You need to provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason.
We will email you a return label.
The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
