Love

The first time I heard someone talk about this, it was Ram Dass:
To love someone is to access the source through someone.
To love is to access the source.

Free Will

If you have ever faced very intense emotional situations, you know that emotions can carry us away. Our ability to control our emotions is an important component of our social evolution. Many social environments now pay particular attention to not spreading hatred or anger. But as a result, these feelings are suppressed. And sooner or later, they express themselves, often violently, because they have been suppressed for too long.

Letting Go

Emotional control is important for our social cohesion. One of the current criteria in establishing the scale of human evolution on a social level is their ability to behave kindly toward others in as many situations as possible. But at the same time, emotions that are not expressed generate, at best, loneliness, at worst, a feeling of frustration strong enough to sweep everything away in its path.

Peace

Being aware. When we observe ourselves, we quickly realize that our free will is largely conditioned by our ability to manage our emotions. But in reality, emotional management might not be possible. Are we sure it's possible to prevent an emotion from emerging? Do we really think we are capable of deciding which emotions will come over us today? However, what is certain is that we can become aware of what carries us away. And we can also choose to accept these powerful emotional forces. And we can respect that. Respect this dynamic, the result of so many factors that humans are not able to fully comprehend. And perhaps that is what makes the difference between an AI and a human being. An AI may have billions of parameters, but a human being will always have more, infinitely more. They will always remain unpredictable and surprising.
